Apply our knowledge and experience to the success of your business

We started as WeMo Scooter is an urban mobility solutions provider developing technology and services with the goal of decreasing dependency on privately-owned vehicles, reducing pollution, and to improving urban living for all. WeMo Scooter started from scratch in 2016, and was successful years later, earning the title as the “most successful operator in Asia”. WeMo’s success is directly correlated to the positive disruption brought to the nation, exemplified through the 30K + rentals per day and 5+ years of operational experience. With a few taps on the WeMo scooter app, finding, renting and returning vehicles become a process accomplished within seconds. The simplicity of the app and rental processes explains the positive ratings and user experience in Google Play Store as well as the iStore. Towards global urbanization, WeMo addresses the issues in regards to environment, transportations and growing costs amongst today’s society by providing solutions for each of the problems. As of 2021, WeMo has contributed to positive growth and resolving issues through reducing CO2 emissions by 2.5 million kg.

Our experience evolved into WeMo Nexus, a unique system for operators from operators built upon 5+ years of WeMo Scooter’s operational experience. Offering User services and Fleet Services, WeMo Nexus aims to optimize operations processes leading to productivity and profitability. WeMo Nexus offers you a complete user experience from registration and onboarding to customer relationship management. WeMo Nexus offers you a customizable app which will be tailored to your needs and preferences (Vehicle selection, Features, Updates, UX/UI Design). The system also provides a CRM system that helps to grow your user base achieving high loyalty and usage from user acquisition to user retention. Yet these user services are only 25% of WeMo’s potential and capabilities.

The value of WeMo Nexus relies at 75% on Fleet services, which open the path to profitability. WeMo Nexus is fueled from the real-time data collected from its Sentinel Black Box. In operation for 5+ years and deployed on 7000+ mopeds, this connectivity module developed in-house collects data from your vehicle fleet and your users. Once collected, those data will help you to optimize your operations, allocating the right amount of resources to maintain your fleet while providing the best customer experience. Finally, the data you collect will also be valuable to other business and government partners through programs focused on smart city, infrastructure and connectivity.

We are expanding into WeMo Life, a system catering to lifestyle markets such as food, stay, education, entertainment, finance, and others. Under WeMo Life, soon to come is Let’s Order In (LOI) as well as WeMo Pickup Project (WPP). The food aspect of WeMo Life is exemplified through LOI where users can open the WeMo app, see recommendations for restaurants, order through the app, and then utilize WeMo scooters to then pick up food. Similarly, the WeMo Pickup Project uses the idea that food pickup can be made easy and accomplished in an inexpensive manner through the usage of WeMo scooters. In other fields, collaborations with hotels and educational institutions can be arranged where rental of scooters for transportations can be provided. Finances can be incorporated into WeMo Life as well through collaborations with credit companies that allows for points/rewards to be linked with any and all purchases from WeMo and the associated app. All in all, WeMo Life invisions endless possibilities for growth and collaborations, ultimately building an smart city.

Our vision of treating our vehicles as mobile Internet of Things devices has allowed us to launch WeMo Clairvoyance.  WeMo Clairvoyance uses our fleet of IOT vehicles to create a sensory network to provide smart city services with the goal of providing insight valuable to the city.  Mobile sensors deployed in the tens of thousands in a city allows for real big data capture with everything from flood detection, air quality capturing, to pot hole detection.  Low cost sensors can be used to create highly accurate data through large scale deployment.  Since WeMo Nexus is built upon the maintenance of our vehicles, cost of maintaining the sensor network becomes miniscule and a city can not only benefit from the economics of shared transporation, but the economics of a scaled sensory network for Smart City.
